New Year
Happy new 2008!
Christmas
It's 2007 and Christmas Eve. Merry (Happy) Christmas.
Birthday
I turned 20 on Saturday. Got a hat, a bag and a scarf. Yay. Oh, also I bough chasti.se (I don't know where to point it yet). The interesting thing is that most of the people of who I show the domain to don't understand the, err, 'pun', I suppose. Exams are coming up and I feel like I'm carrying around an aura of an exaggerated "FUCK!". Stay put.
Home again
I returned home from Germany yesterday. Coming home to your home or just home country after being away only a few days can be extremely unnerving. At least it is for me. I suppose that returning to ones problems and worries adds a considerable amount of pressure to the experience. Also, when you are away and keep out of touch with everyone at home, the problems which you have to deal with only build up and you end up with having to deal with them all at once. At least that's how it feels. Perhaps it is the experience of breaking my daily routine which frightens me the most. Knowing that the feeling of being home and knowing my surroundings returns in a couple of days is a comforting feeling which keeps me on my toes.
Today I went to school during lunch. I skipped the sweet stuff like extra sugar (drinks, and in coffe) as well as ice-cream and those occasional snacks. I'm trying this out to see how long I can last without breaking the pattern. I think that if I make it far enough.. I'll go "who stop now?" and just continue. I mean, I'm not suffering from it.
crackerdiet.net turned three years sometime in October. If you know the specifics, make sure to let me know. Happy birthday to the diet.
Watch
It seems that I have managed to break my watch. Well, maybe the usual definition of "break", but at least maladjusted it to not always work properly. Don't do like me. I did the idiotic deed of parking my watch on my speaker during the weekend. Bad idea. It's a damn nice watch too. Well, as consolation I've had it for more than two years. Also, more than a year ago I managed to chip off a piece of the glass covering the clockwork somehow. Some time after that I even went swimming with the watch without thinking about it. Long story short; the watch got a bit wet, but it still worked. I did not wear it for half of a year while letting it dry properly... and now this. Oh well. At least now I'm more motivated to charge my phone on a regular basis.
